Alluvial Water
- 350 acre feet adjudicated water rights from the Upper Black Squirrel Basin.
- Three agricultural well permits know as the Gregg Wells with very old priority.
- The wells used continually to grow alfalfa, premium brome and orchard grass and have historic consumptive use of approximately 190 acre feet.
- The water is currently pumped from a single divergent point to irrigate 140 acres at volumes up to 1500 gallons per minute.
- The well permits include irrigation, mechanical and domestic use.
Denver Basin Water
- Determinations have been grated by Colorado State Ground Water Commission for 293.5 acre feet of Denver Basic Water Rights.
- There are three aquifers in the basin below the property: Denver, Arapahoe and Laramie-Fox.
- A water sufficiency report has been completed and only a portion of the water from the basin would be used to service the 66 lot subdivision.
- Historic Consumptive Use Report and Sufficiency Report available upon request.
